“I incorporated the program (Inner Explorer) during the final five minutes of the school day as a way to help students decompress and transition out of the day’s activities. It served as a structured opportunity for them to release stress and mentally reset before dismissal. Using the Inner Explorer program had a noticeably positive impact on students. They began to look forward to this quiet time and embraced the opportunity to relax and reflect. Over time, they entered the classroom calmly, settled in quickly, and engaged in the practice without prompting. This routine helped them feel more centered and at ease, and they appeared noticeably calmer as they prepared to go home. Overall, it created a peaceful and consistent end to the school day.”
